Privacy policy

How we handle your personal data, cookies and third-party analytics, and your rights as a visitor and member.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit our site. It sits alongside the account privacy notice you accept when you register with us, and the two together describe the full data lifecycle from your first visit to your final withdrawal.

What we collect

When you browse our public pages without signing in, we collect only the technical data required to serve the page and run basic analytics: your IP address, the pages you view, the referrer that sent you here and the user-agent string of your browser. Once you register an account, we also collect the personal data required to run the account: your name, date of birth, email address, address, phone number, the payment methods you use with our cashier, and the verification documents we ask for before your first withdrawal.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies on this site. A functional cookie stores your accepted-cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. An analytics cookie records anonymised usage patterns to help us improve the site. Session cookies keep you signed in during a login session and expire when you close the browser or sign out. No cookie stores personally identifying information beyond your IP address, and no cookie is sold to third parties for advertising outside the analytics scope described below.

Third parties

We share personal data with third parties only where the account requires it: our payment providers to move deposits and withdrawals, our identity verification partner to confirm the documents you upload, our anti-fraud partner to screen unusual patterns of play, and the game studios listed on our games library page to stream titles into your session. We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with an advertiser without your consent.

Data retention

We retain server access logs for 30 days and then rotate them. We retain anonymised analytics data for 26 months and then delete it. Account data is retained for as long as the account is open, plus the additional period required by the gambling regulations we operate under; verification documents are retained for the minimum period required by anti-money-laundering rules and are then securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct any data that is inaccurate, to delete data that we no longer need to keep, and to object to the processing of data where we do not have an overriding legitimate reason. Send any of these requests to [email protected] from the email address on the account and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; in the European Union it is the supervisory authority in the member state where you live or work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will note the change at the top of the policy and, where the change affects the way we process account data, we will notify registered members by email before the change takes effect.

Contact us

Write to us at [email protected] for any question about this privacy policy or the way we handle your personal data. Our support desk is open 24 hours a day and we stamp every ticket on arrival and again on reply so the timeline is visible in the account.
